Mita is the Founder & CEO of Adventurely (backed by Google, Techstars & Backstage Capital): a booking site for day passes to work from hotels, restaurants, cafes & 3rd spaces.

Originally an IP & Business attorney from New York City- Mita spent the past 8 years traveling the world full time while working remotely across 18 countries in LATAM, Europe, The Caribbean, Asia & Africa.

Mita and her work leading Adventurely has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company & many other top media publications.

She was named a top 50 remote work expert by remote.com in their 2024 Remote Influencer Report; an official Digital Nomad Ambassador to the City of Dubrovnik Croatia in 2023; a top 10 digital nomad to follow in 2022 by the Tourism Board of Dominica; and 1 of 16 women inspiring international travel in 2021 by Buzzfeed.

She is extremely proud of her Caribbean heritage in Jamaica & Grenada, and is a dual Citizen of the US & Grenada.

In 2025 she Co-Founded Caribbean Venture Collective, which she runs alongside her work with Adventurely.
